Our Healthy Weight Program is administered by:

- Caitlin Suilmann, MD, DipABLM - Board-certified in family medicine and board-certified in lifestyle medicine
- Jaime Greene, FNP - Family medicine nurse practitioner
Program services included are based on the physician's assessment:
- Physician-directed food inventory
- Dietary counseling
- Exercise counseling
- Referrals for dietician and fitness coaching(1)
- Sleep health
- Mental health
- Medication reconciliation to minimize weight promoting prescriptions
- Physician prescribed medication support when needed.
