Clinical Information:
If you need to discuss any clinical issue (e.g., lab results, a question about your prescription, making an appointment), please call the clinic location where you were seen or sign-up to view your patient portal.
We do not communicate clinical information by email at this time. If you need to reach a physician or nurse practitioner when the office is closed, please call our Answering Service at (770) 446-4209 and ask to speak to the physician on call for Gwinnett Clinic. Our Answering Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Invoices / Bills / Payments:
Questions about your bill may be directed to our Patient Financial Services Department at (678) 889-5285 during normal business hours. However, the clinic where you were seen will likely be able to answer your question.
Customer Service:
Your feedback, positive or negative, will help us to improve our practice operations. Please include the date, time, and location of the encounter, as well as the names of anyone you spoke with, and email this information to [email protected].
